Heard counsel for petitioners and the Assistant Government Pleader (Revenue).
The petitioners pray for Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of 3rd respondent in issuing patadar pass books and title deeds in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.2.18gts. in Sy.No.16 of Yalagandla Village, Kothapalli Mandal, Karimnagar District in spite of submitting the application dated 20.03.2017 by petitioners, as illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional.
Having regard to the application dated 20.03.2017, this Court is of the view that it is suffice to direct the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on the application.
The Assistant Government Pleader submits that the application will be looked into and orders are passed within a reasonable time.
The petitioner are given liberty to re-submit the copy of application dated 20.03.2017 along with copy of this order within two weeks from today and thereafter, the 3rd respondent is directed to pass orders on the application and communicate to the petitioners within two months.
The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
