THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITON No. 21598 OF 2007 ORDER:

Writ petition is filed complaining inaction on the part of the respondent in not settling the terminal benefits etc., of the petitioner's husband.

This court by order dated 11.10.2007 granted interim direction to the respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 16.04.2007.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that pursuant to the interim order, on petitioner producing satisfactory material, the company had considered for releasing of the terminal benefits and as a matter of fact as on today the issue has been settled by paying the benefits as eligible.

In that view of the matter, nothing survives in this writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
