Heard Sri K.Sarath, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri M.Sriramulu Naidu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the

respondents 1 to 3.

2. It is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3-University that he received instructions that the petitioner was debarred and he was permitted by the authorities of the University to write examination only in October, 2014.

3. The petitioner's version, according to the Affidavit filed by him, the last date for paying the examination fee is 10-02-2015, he paid the examination fee and the examination is scheduled to be held on 23-3-2015.

The petitioner approached this Court today.

4. Having regard to the submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3-University and on account of the laches on the part of the petitioner, I absolutely see no reason to pass any order at this stage.

5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. No costs.
