THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.7342 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for petitioner/A3 of Crime No.127 of 2017 of P.S.Begum Bazar, Hyderabad and also the public prosecutor representing the 1st respondent - State, before ordering notice to the 2nd respondent - defacto complainant and perused the grounds urged in the quash petition and the FIR and the remand report contents. 2.

There is nothing to interdict the investigation. Hence, this criminal petition is disposed of, by left open all available defences if at all after completion of investigation if there is no substance to the acquisition in the final report if at all any cognizance taken. With regard to the contention that the police are keeping the petitioner in the police station for hours together under the guise of the bail condition order of attending the police station on every Tuesday is a matter to approach the court to relax the said conditions or to take care of and even to interfere with that order to modify the conditions, there is no such prayer in the quash petition, thereby, it is beyond the scope of this Court in the lis herein. 3.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed in consequence.
