This civil revision petition is filed under Section 115 of CPC challenging the order dated 30.12.2013 in E.A.No.580 of 2013 in E.P. No.123 of 2013 in O.S. No.123 of 2007 on the file of the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati.

Heard the learned counsel for both the parties. Learned counsel for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 submitted that the first respondent filed A.S. No.5 of 2014 on the file of the Court of II Additional District Judge, Madanapalle, challenging the decree and judgment dated 20.3.2013 in O.S. No.123 on the file of the Court of Additional Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati. In view of pendency of the appeal, no further orders are necessary in this revision petition.
