It was accordingly directed to be listed under the caption 'For Dismissal' on 15.06.2017. Thereafter, the matter came up on 27.06.2017, on which date it was directed to be posted on 10.07.2017 under the same caption. Today, though the matter appears under the said caption, there is no representation yet again for the petitioner or its learned counsel. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
