The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondentpolice are not taking action on the complaint of the petitioner dated 26-06-2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on instructions submits that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into in terms of Apex Court judgment in Lalitha Kumari v. Government of Uttar Pradesh1 and found the same to be civil in nature. It is also stated that the petitioner was also informed of the same.
