THE HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.3727 OF 2011 AND M.A.C.M.A.M.P.No.623 OF 2012 IN M.A.C.M.A.No.4766 OF 2008 COMMON ORDER:

As per the note put up by the Registry main case itself was disposed of on 23.12.2015, hence, there is nothing survives in these petitions to continue.

Accordingly, both the civil revision petition and the M.A.C.M.A.M.P. petitions are dismissed as infructuous. It is made clear that if at all the petitioner/s can show that the main case is pending and the cause in revisions still survives, they have to file application within one week from today with proof for restoration.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in these cases shall stand closed in consequence. There shall be no order as to costs.
