HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No.1765 OF 2015 ORDER:- This Contempt Case is filed under Sections 10 to 12 of Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, complaining the violation of the order dated 01.05.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.11747 of 2015. Heard Sri Velivela Sreenivasa Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (T.G). In the main writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner is that through he preferred an appeal as long back as on 15.05.2014 before the 2nd respondent-Revenue Divisional Officer along with an application for stay, no orders have been passed either in the stay petition or in the appeal for about one year. Considering the limited scope of the grievance made out by the petitioner a direction was issued to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the appeal which has been heard and reserved on 24.1.2015 within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order in the main writ petition. Alleging violation of the said order, the present contempt case is filed.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, while placing reliance on the proceedings dated 14.9.2015, issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Secunderabad, submitted that the appeal filed by the petitioner before the 2nd respondent-R.D.O, was disposed of and thereby the order dated 01.05.2015, passed by this Court in W.P.No.11747 of 2015 has been complied with.

Inasmuch as the orders passed by this Court have already been complied with, I do not see any reason to continue with the contempt case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
