THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION No.8184 of 2018 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., is filed to quahs the proceedings in FIR No.391 of 2018 on the file of Raidurgam Police Station, Cyberabad District, registered for the offences under Sections 448, 506, 511, 323 r/ w 34 IPC.

After arguing the matter for awhile, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested this Court to direct the concerned to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., and the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar v. State of Bihar and another1 In view of the request made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Police of Raidurgam, Cyberabad District, are directed to follow the procedure contemplated under Section 41-A Cr.P.C., and the guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court in Arnesh Kumar's case referred supra.

With the above direction, this Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
