THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 9084 OF 2014 O R D E R:
It is agreed on both sides that considering somewhat a similar lis, in Writ Petition Nos. 3753 of 2012 and batch, by a judgment, dated 09.12.2013, all those cases have been disposed of listing out various directions contained therein. It is further pointed out that a batch of writ appeals bearing No. 110 of 2014 preferred thereagainst has been dealt with by a Division Bench on 03.06.2014 and while confirming the directions, a slight modification has been made directing that for every completed block of six months, two marks shall be awarded. Again, that was subsequently modified in review by an order passed on 25.07.2014 by directing one mark to be awarded for every completed block of six months period. Therefore, the respondents are directed to bear the principles enunciated in the above judgments in view.
Let this Writ Petition also stand disposed of in terms of the above principles and also keeping in view the spirit behind the instructions passed on by the respondents through their memo dated 20.12.2013. Heard Sri P. Lakshma Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents. No costs.
Consequently, the miscellaneous applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
