Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleader for School Education appearing for the respondents.

Petitioners are working as Secondary Grade Teachers in the respondent - School. They are seeking absorption into aided posts. According to petitioners, the Management of the School submitted proposals for absorption into existing aided vacancies. Based on the said proposals, the Mandal Educational Officer, Allagadda, submitted his proposals to the District Educational Officer, Kurnool District, vide his letter dated 19.05.2018. Alleging inaction, this Writ Petition is filed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners agrees for disposal of the Writ Petition with a direction to the District Educational Officer to send the proposals to the Commissioner and Director of School Education and further direction to the Commissioner to examine the proposals and to pass appropriate orders expeditiously. 4.
Having regard to the same and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the District Educational Officer, Kurnool District, the 3rd respondent, to examine the proposals submitted by the Mandal Educational Officer and take further course of action including sending proposals to the Commissioner and Director of School Education within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of
a copy of the order. On receipt of the said proposals, the Commissioner and Director of School Education, the 2nd respondent, shall examine the said proposals and take further course of action as required by law and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks thereafter.
