THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.33994 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents 1 to 3 in not taking any action against the fourth respondent for evicting him from the property bearing door No.5-47, Ramalayam Veedhi, near Milk Center, Vadrapalle Village, Munagapaka Mandal, Visakhapatnam District and for a consequential direction them to evict the fourth respondent from the said property.

2. Respondents 1 to 3 are the police officers and no writ petition can be filed against them for the relief sought in the present writ petition. However, when this matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he gave up vakalat long back. Today none appeared for the petitioner.

In the circumstances, the writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
