Sri K. Narendranath Reddy, learned counsel representing Sri M. Subba Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication and the writ petition has become infructuous.

Recording the said submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
