THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2575 of 2016 O R D E R:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the order dt.18.10.2016 in W.P.MP.No.43154 of in W.P.No.35016 of 2016.

By the said order, this Court had granted suspension of the proceedings dt.21.09.2016 issued by the 3rd respondent transferring the petitioner from KGBV Mancherial to KGBV Chennur.

WV.MP.No.5176 of 2016 filed by the respondents to vacate the said order is rejected on 03.07.2016. 4.

It is stated by counsel for respondents 1 to 4 that because of the vacate stay petition pending, the order was not implemented and since the vacate stay petition has now been dismissed, proceedings were issued on 10.07.2017 implementing the order passed by this Court and reposting the petitioner at KGBV Mancherial and that she is working at KGBV Mancherial. The party has also tendered unconditional apology for the delay in implementing the Court order. 5.

In view of the above facts and circumstances and having regard to the fact that the interim order has been implemented, though with some delay, this Court is not inclined to punish the respondents for contempt.

Accordingly, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs. 7.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
