HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL CRIMINAL PETITION No.12721 of 2016 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings initiated against petitioners/A2 to A4 in F.I.R.No.53 of 2016 of Jawaharnagar Police Station, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A & 497 of IPC and Sections 3 & 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

When the matter is taken up, it is represented that the crime, which is sought to be quashed in this petition, has culminated in the Police completing the investigation and filing charge sheet after complying with the provisions under Section 41(a) of Cr.P.C.

In view of the above submission, nothing survives in this criminal petition, which is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Needless to observe that the petitioners are at liberty to avail such of the remedies available under law.
