CVNR, J & KVL, J WP.No.27239 of 2018 Dt: 07.08.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for issue of Habeas Corpus directing Respondent Nos.4 and 6 to produce V. Kesavi Satya, aged 9 years and Manasvi Sai, aged 6 years, before this Court and set them at liberty.

At the hearing, Sri V. V. Narayana Rao, learned counsel for Respondent No.7, submitted that with the intervention of elders, Respondent No.7 has sent the children to the petitioner and both of them agreed to live together and lead happy marital life. The petitioner is personally present along with two minor children and she admitted that Respondent No.7 has allowed the two minor children to join her company and that presently both the children are in her custody.

In the light of the above subsequent events, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, closed.
