THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.38048 of 2016 ORDER:

Petitioner, in this Writ Petition, has challenged the order dt.06-06-2008 appointing the 5th respondent as Anganwadi Worker in Amrabad Village and Mandal, Mahabubnagar District. 2.

In the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition, the petitioner had contended that she is entitled to be appointed in the said post and for eking out her livelihood, that she went to Maharashtra for the last 8 years and came back in the month of August, 2016 and came to know that this Court had granted relief on 28-07-2016 in W.A.Nos.620 and 621 of 2016 to similarly placed persons and therefore she approached this Court for the same relief. 3.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioner had approached this Court after a delay of 8 years after 5th respondent had been appointed, I am not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition on account of unexplained latches on account of petitioner. 4.

Therefore this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. 5.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
