This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the second respondent, Election Authority, in issuing proceedings dated 29.05.2015 appointing the Election Officer to conduct elections.

2. Learned counsel for the third respondent submits that the elections process was completed and the result of the elections was also declared.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the third respondent, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
