THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI W.P.No.37182 of 2012 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 1st respondent to file charge sheet in Crime No.163 of 2011.

A counter affidavit is filed by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Pattabhipuram Police Station, Guntur district, stating after completion of investigation, charge sheet was filed on the file of Special Judicial First Class Magistrate for Prohibition and Excise, Guntur on 13.11.2011. In view of the same, nothing survives in the writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, the writ petition is closed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
