This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the Order dated 10.02.2009 in M.P.No.20 of 2009 in M.C.No.51 of 2008 on the file of the Family Court, Secunderabad.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the learned Counsel for the petitioner.

The learned Counsel for the respondent No.2 present and stated that the present Criminal Revision Case is filed against Order dated 10.02.2009 in M.P.No.20 of 2009 in M.C.No.51 of 2008. During the pendency of the Revision Case, M.C.No.51 of 2008 in which M.P.No.20 of 2009 was filed, is disposed of. As the main case was disposed of, nothing survives for further adjudication and it became infructuous.

Recording the submission of the learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
