This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the notice bearing Rc.No.569/2012, dt.10.11.2012, of respondent No.4, as illegal. At the hearing, Mr. B. Yadaiah, learned counsel, representing Mr. P. Kasi Nageswara Rao, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel to dismissal of the writ petition, W.P.M.P.
