This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the inaction of respondent-police on the complaints dated 11-07-2018 and 28-01-2018 lodged by the petitioners.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on instructions submits that a case in Cr.No.113 of 2018 was registered on 07-08-2018 on the basis of complaints lodged by the petitioners.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
