THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27303 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Excise, apart from perusing the material on record.

When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that, for redressal of their grievance, petitioners herein submitted a representation to the fourth respondent on 07.07.2018 but no action has been taken so far. On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that, if any such representation is pending consideration before the fourth respondent herein, the same will be verified and appropriate orders will be passed, strictly in accordance with law. Recording the above submission, Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the fourth respondent herein to verify the representation, dated 07.07.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioners herein, and take appropriate action/pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
