THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 18009 OF 2016 O R D E R :

The limited grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that though he has submitted a representation dated 02.06.2016 bringing to the notice of the respondent authorities that the 5th respondent has constructed a building and a septic tank in the premises bearing D.No. 13-92, Tulasi Nagar, Kanuru Village, Penamaluru Mandal, Krishna District, in violation of the sanctioned plan, the same has not been acted upon.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as Sri Cheemalapati Ravi, learned Standing Counsel for the gram panchayat.

In the present case, in the interests of justice, it would be appropriate if the respondent authorities are directed to consider the representation dated 02.06.2016 and take necessary action, if warranted, against the 5th respondent. Ordered accordingly. With this, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand dismissed.
