HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.40210 OF 2016 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed for writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to the proceedings of the 4th respondent passed in ROC.A/336/2016 dated 03.07.2016 and 03.11.2016 signed on 07.11.2016 and quash the same, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that an appeal lies against the impugned order dated 03.07.2016 and 03.11.2016.

In view of the above, since it is stated that there is a threat of dispossession to the petitioner, the petitioner can approach the appellate authority within three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Till then, status-quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
