THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27347 of 2018 ORDER:
When the matter is taken up, it is submitted by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that for redressal of the grievance of the petitioner, he submitted a representation to the 2nd respondent on 08.03.2018, but no action has been taken so far on the said representation.
Eventually, a request is made by the learned Counsel for the petitioner to direct the 2nd respondent to verify the said representation and take appropriate action, strictly in accordance with law.
Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and Sri Srikanth Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for R.4, without expressing any opinion, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition, directing the 2nd respondent to verify the representation, dated 08.03.2018, said to have been submitted by the petitioner herein and pass appropriate Orders on the said representation, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible.
Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
