THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.39698 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: "... to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of mandamus declaring the action of 3rd Respondent in interfering into the private life on the pretext of investigation of pursuant to the FIR No.1055 of 2014 Registered in KPHB Police Station, issuance of Sec.41A Cr.P.C. notice without referring the matter to mediation cell is arbitrary, illegal and unconstitutional and violative of the provisions of the Cr.P.C. and for consequent direction to the official Respondents to refer both the parties to mediation cell for fair counseling to settle the matrimonial matter and pass such other order or orders may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in view of the fact that subsequently, charge sheet was filed and further proceedings have already been initiated by the petitioners, no further orders are required to be passed in this Writ Petition.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the Writ Petition is closed.
