The petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the proceedings issued by the respondents dated 14.02.2004, wherein the petitioner was asked to vacate the quarters. 2.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that this Court was pleased to grant interim suspension of the impugned proceedings on 25.02.2004, and by virtue of the said interim orders, the petitioner was allowed to continue in the quarters, and contends that appropriate orders be passed.

This Court, having considered the said submission, is of the considered view that this writ petition can be disposed of directing the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the respondents, seeking allotment of quarter as per his eligibility, within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders on the said representation in another four weeks thereafter. 4.
