2. The present revision petition is filed challenging the order, dated 25.06.2015, passed in E.A.No.775 of 2015 in E.P.No.476 of 2014 in O.S.No.663 of 2013 on the file of learned I Senior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the execution proceedings in E.P.No.476 of 2014 were terminated on 28.01.2016. Therefore, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
