Nobody appeared for the appellant on 24.04.2018, 12.10.2018 and 06.11.2018. Therefore, the matter was specifically directed to be listed under the caption "for dismissal" today.

Even today, there is no appearance for the appellant. It is clear that the appellant is not keen in prosecuting the matter. Hence, the MACMA is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
