This is an application for transfer of a Domestic Violence Case. 2.

The petitioner is aged 27 years. She pleads that she is now staying with her parents in Chittoor District. 3.

However, it is seen that a complaint was lodged and the matter was under consideration of the Court in Cyberabad. The allegations are about commission of offences within the jurisdiction of that Court. There is no exceptional ground shown by the petitioner to seek transfer of Domestic Violence Case from Cyberabad to Chittoor District.

The Transfer Criminal Petition fails and the same is, accordingly, dismissed.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
