The revision arises out of an order allowing the application condoning the delay of 8 days in restoring the application for restoring the O.P.

dismissed for non-prosecution.

2. Though the respondent has not appeared despite service of notice and though the respondent appears to be indulging in dilatory tactics, I do not wish to interfere, in view of the fact that the magnitude of the delay is only 8 days. Therefore, the revision is dismissed. However, in order to put an end to this harassment, the Court below shall dispose of the main O.P. within a period of three months.
