THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAMESH RANGANATHAN AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY Writ Petition No.36291 of 2015 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Ramesh Ranganathan) Sri Krishna Mohan Sikharam, learned counsel for the petitioner, would submit that the petitioner would file a fresh writ petition for release of e-way bills, and it would suffice if the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a writ petition afresh for release of e-way bills.

Liberty as sought for is granted and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
