This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the G.O.Rt.No.368 and 369 of Revenue (DACMRF), dated 22.08.2016 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to consider the formation of Manjeera District with Head Quarters at Narayankhed or at Nizampet.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the learned Advocate General produced final notification issued under the Telangana Districts (Formation) Act, 1974. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the aforesaid final notification.

Permission is accorded.

Writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition challenging the aforesaid final notification, in accordance with law. No order as to costs.
