HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.No.14977 of 2014 in/and Criminal Petition No.14146 of 2014 ORDER :

The petitioner is the accused in Cr.No.327 of 2014 of Gopalapuram Police station lying on the file of the X Addl.Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad, registered for the offences punishable u/sec.337 IPC on the report of the 2nd respondent-defacto-complainant. Both the petitioner and the defacto-complainant along with their counsel present before the Court and stated that they have settled the dispute between them amicably and sought permission vide Crl.P.M.P.No.14977 of 2014 to compromise the matter and compound the offence.

In view of the compromise between the parties, the same is recorded and they are permitted to compound the offences. In the result, the Crl.P.M.P.No.14977 of 2014 is allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings against the petitioner in Cr.No.327 of 2014 of Gopalapuram Police station lying on the file of the X Addl.Metropolitan Magistrate, Secunderabad. The petitioner is acquitted and his bail bonds shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
