HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.27310 of 2018 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioner that respondents are not registering the complaint given by the petitioner on 08-02-2018.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home basing on instructions submits that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and found to be false. The petitioner was also informed of the same by notice dated 03-08-2018. A copy of the enquiry report is also filed along with written instructions.

Recording the same, this writ petition is disposed of. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available to him. No order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
