Bhaskar Reddy, learned counsel for the appellants has circulated a letter 25.01.2016 to the Registry bringing out that the appellants have prayed the above case to be dismissed as withdrawn.

Accordingly, the Appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. The interim order dated 04.12.2012 passed by this Court in A.S.M.P.No. 2593 of 2012 shall automatically stand dissolved.
