THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR WRIT PETITION Nos.33974, 33997, 34011, 34598, 34667 and 35431 of 2015 COMMON ORDER:

Learned Government Pleader for Finance and Planning fairly concedes that the issue arising for consideration in these writ petitions is squarely covered by the decision rendered by this Court in W.P.No.3465 of 2015 and batch. A copy of the common order dated 12.08.2015 passed in the said batch is placed on record. For reasons alike as were mentioned in the afore-stated order and in terms thereof, these writ petitions are disposed of taking note of the fact that there is no controversy whatsoever with regard to the works executed by the petitioners herein and accordingly directing the respondent authorities to arrange payments to be made to the petitioners for the works so executed by them within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed in the light of this final order. No order as to costs. ____________________ JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR 10th December, 2015 IBL
