Since there is an alternative remedy under Section 482 Cr.P.C., learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail such remedy.

Granting liberty, as sought for, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The miscellaneous petitions pending in this Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
