HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY M.A.C.M.A.No.524 of 2014 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed challenging the judgment and award, dated 04.07.2006 passed in O.P.No.1 of 2005 on the file of the Chairman, Motor Vehicle Accident Claims Tribunal-cum-District Judge, West Godavari District, at Eluru.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the appellants has sought permission of this Court to permit the appellants to withdraw the appeal and to that effect he also filed a letter dated 14.09.2015 before the Registry. Permission as sought for is granted.

Hence, the M.A.C.M.A. is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
