This contempt case is filed under Sections 10-12 of Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents as per the provisions of Contempt of Courts Act for willful violation of orders dated 24.02.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.634 of 2015. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Forests appearing for the respondents. The learned Government Pleader for Forests produced the notice, dated 26.09.2015 issued by the Sub-Divisional Forest Officer, Tirupati which shows that the order passed by this Court has been complied with.
