HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY Criminal Petition No.2009 of 2010 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash proceedings in C.C.No.163 of 2009 on the file of II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore, arising out of a complaint filed under Section 138 read with Section 142 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, initiated against the petitioner/accused.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law. Permission is granted.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to avail all the remedies available to them under law. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
