The petitioner is the plaintiff No.1 in O.S.No.61 of 2010 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Darsi. The said suit was filed for declaration of right of the 1st plaintiff in Item-1 of the plaint schedule property and also that the 2nd plaintiff is the owner of Item-2 of the plaint schedule property and to declare the sale conducted by the 5th defendant in favour of the 6th defendant as void. The issues were framed on 08-04-2011 and additional issues were also framed on 18-12-2012. When further steps were not taken in the suit for disposal of the same, the present Civil Revision Petition is filed. Since the Civil Revision Petition is filed for disposal of O.S.No.61 of 2010 on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Darsi, this Court is inclined to dispose of the revision petition, directing the learned Senior Civil Judge, Darsi to dispose of the suit O.S.No.61

of 2010 on his file as expeditiously as possible, but not later than 30-09-2016.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
