On 10.02.2018, an Award was passed by the Lok Adalat permitting the appellant to withdraw the appeal before the regular Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the appeal.

Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
