THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No. 15114 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This Writ Petition has been filed complaining that the respondents are not granting permission to decast the sand in the patta lands of the petitioners situated in Marrigudem, Edjerlapalli and Albaka Villages of Venkatapuram and Vajedu Mandals of Jayashankar Bhupalpally District.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Mines and Geology for the 3rd respondent, learned Government Pleader for Revenue for the 2nd respondent and Sri V. Pratap Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent.

The learned Government Pleaders for Mines and Geology and Revenue state that the matter is pending consideration before the 2nd respondent and the petitioners' case will be considered within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the case of the petitioners within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision thereon to them. No costs.

Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall also stand disposed of.
