Heard Sri K.Pavan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home. 2.

In the written instructions dated 18.10.2022 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Mamnoor Police Station, Warangal Commissionerate, received by learned Assistant Government Pleader, it is stated that Court referred private complaint under Section 200 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') was lodged by the petitioner and the same was received by respondent No.3- Station House Officer, Mamnoor police station. The said complaint of the petitioner was registered with Mamnoor Police station as case in Crime No.85 of 2021, dated 18.06.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 427, 441, 448, 324, 326, 506 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code (for short 'I.P.C.') and Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. Investigation has been taken by the Sub-Inspector of Police and four witnesses were examined. It was revealed that with regard to the subject matter, a petty case was registered on 24.04.2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 290, 323 of

BVR,J W.P.No.38770_2022 I.P.C., against the petitioner, Gaddam Shyam Prasad and Gaddam Shyam Sunder.

After completion of investigation, the Investigation Officer made a requisition on 30.07.2021 to the Assistant Commissioner of Police, Mamnoor Division, to accord permission to refer the case as 'false'. Thereupon, the Assistant Commissioner of Police, accorded permission and the case was recorded as 'false' vide Proceedings C.No.152/CP/ACP-MNR/2021, dated 31.07.2021. The same was intimated to the petitioner and final report was filed before the Junior Civil Judge, Warangal on 31.07.2021. 4.

In view of the same, no further orders are required to be passed and the writ petition is accordingly disposed of. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the final report, he may pursue appropriate legal remedies.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. ______________________ B. VIJAYSEN REDDY, J October 28, 2022 NSP
