This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the judgment dated 02.04.2012 in Civil Miscellaneous Appeal No.48 of 2011 on the file of the Court of the IV Additional District Judge, Kakinada. As per the office note, O.S.No.278 of 2011 was disposed of on 18.11.2015.

No representation on behalf of the petitioners even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. It seems that the petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. In view of the office note, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.
