This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the docket order dated 29.03.2012 in I.A.No.238 of 2012 in G.W.O.P.No.204 of 2011 on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Vijayawada. As per the office note, G.W.O.P.No.204 of 2011 was dismissed on 31.12.2015.

Learned counsel for both parties submitted that the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous. In view of the office note as well as the submission made by the learned counsel for both parties, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
