Since it is stated that application of the petitioner dated 06.06.2016 with receipt No. AF 3320272, filed under Rule VI (A) of A.P. Rights in Land & Pattadar Pass Books Rules, 1989 for issuing Pattadar Passbooks and Title Deeds to the petitioner in Sy.No.15/8, Singivalasa Villae, Bheemunipatnam Mandal, Visakhapatnam District, is pending before the 1st respondent, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the application of the petitioner dated 06.06.2016, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition, shall stands closed.
